Once your order ships (within 1-2 business days), you’ll receive an email with tracking information. For expedited shipping via DHL/FedEx, you can track every step. EMS shipments also include tracking for orders over $50.

We proudly offer global delivery to most countries, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will confirm if we ship to your location.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Our free EMS shipping and some standard deliveries may require additional transit time due to customs processing in certain destinations. Rest assured, we carefully package every item to arrive in perfect condition regardless of delivery speed.

We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please contact our style team at [email protected] to initiate your return.

Our Denim by Fit and Denim by Rise collections are designed to help you find the perfect match. If sizing isn’t quite right, we’re happy to process a return or exchange within the 15-day window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Each item includes specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend:

• Machine wash denim inside out in cold water
• Hang dry to preserve fit and color
• Use specialized cleaners for leather/suede jackets
• Store coats on padded hangers to maintain shape

All orders receive our signature elegant packaging, perfect for gifting. While we don’t offer additional wrapping, each piece arrives beautifully presented in tissue paper with our branded packaging.
