- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- A copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase must be included
- Leather & Suede products (due to material sensitivity)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items purchased during final sale or special promotions
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours after processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
