  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after processing

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Elegant Wear Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

Refund Information

Exchange Information

  • Replacement items ship after return is received and approved
